• Return Policy

• Items may be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for merchandise credit or exchange. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling in both directions. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. Deposits and custom made pieces and special order items are non-refundable.

  *****Important Notice Regarding Soil Used in these Planters******

  We suggest you contact a specialist in your area to determine the best type of soil to use for the plants you intend to place in any of our planters. We suggest using potting soil or light weight soil as it not only drains well but the weight will not damage the planter.

  Do not use top soil or any other heavy material such as sand or rocks to fill your planter. This may cause damage to the walls and structure of the planter. If you wish to weigh down your planter do so by adding a couple of inches of gravel at the base of the planter.

  We have intentionally designed these planters for use without saucers. In order to avoid the soil and sediment from seeping out the bottom of your planter we suggest lining the inside with landscaping fabric before placing your soil.

  Our planters have been manufactured with a paint formulation which provides UV resistance however no warranties are made regarding the finish.
